Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your PLOTAR COMUNICACAO GRAFICA project. This policy explains how to request a refund for printing, design and installation services. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the problem is with a printed or installed piece, please include photos.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
