How the service is delivered

Appointments are scheduled with you after you contact us. The service is delivered at Rua Guilherme, 1090 - Costa E Silva, Joinville - SC, 89218-500 or remotely, as agreed.

No shipping costs apply.

Quotes, design and proofs (remote)

Quotes, design support and digital proofs are handled remotely by e-mail or phone, using [email protected] and +554734355215.

Production starts only after you approve the proof and payment is confirmed.

Pickup and installation (in person)

Finished pieces can be collected at Rua Guilherme, 1090 - Costa E Silva, Joinville - SC, 89218-500 on the scheduled date.

When installation is part of your order, it is performed at the location agreed with you, on a scheduled appointment. Examples include facade, window or environmental signage and vehicle wraps.

Any installation charge is included in the total shown in your quote before you pay.
