Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order or contract services.

If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Quotes, prices and payment

Most of our work is custom, such as banners, signs, facade and window graphics, and vehicle wraps. For custom work, we send a quote showing the full total price before you approve and pay. This includes production and, when requested, design and installation.

Prices are shown in the local currency displayed in the quote and at checkout, and include the charges described there.

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You pay only for the order you approve.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Artwork, proofs and your content

Before production, we share a digital proof for your approval. Please check text, colors, sizes and spelling carefully. Production follows the approved proof.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, image or text you send us. You are responsible for any claim arising from content you provide.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.

Installation and permits

When installation is contracted, we schedule a date and location with you. You must ensure access to the site or vehicle.

You must also obtain any permit, landlord or condominium authorization required for signage or facade work, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy, available on this website.

Intellectual property

All content on the website belongs to PLOTAR COMUNICACAO GRAFICA or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Your own logos and artwork remain yours.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors. We do not promise specific outcomes, such as an increase in customers, sales or visibility.

How long a piece lasts depends on the surface, exposure and maintenance.

Limitation of liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
